Chapel Hill School of Government
Mike Smith, Dean of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Government, retained Elinvar to conduct the searches for two Associate Dean positions that together lead the finances, human resources, and operations for the school. With changes in funding models and growth presenting competing challenges in the near future, Dean Smith wanted the assistance of a search firm that could discern the leadership skills needed to accomplish his goals and fit the unique culture of the institution.

Gillings School of Global Health
The Dean of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Gillings School of Global Public Health retained Elinvar to conduct the search for her Vice Dean.
